SERVING SIZE: 25G (ONE LARGE 70ML SCOOP) OF WHEY PROTEIN 80
We recommend between 3-5 servings per day of Whey Protein 80, depending upon your own individual needs. It is widely recommended that for optimal benefits, you should take 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day.
Add 150-225ml of water or milk into your TPW™ Master Blender. Add one large 70ml scoop (25g) of Whey Protein 80, mix well and drink.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste.
TYPICAL DAILY USAGE OF WHEY PROTEIN 80:

That’s all I cared for.
Other things I did not care about in my purchasing decision, but are annoying. I ordered “Chocolate Silk” flavour, which I did not like. It is too sweet. Its is because of the added sucralose, which is I guess is another sign of quality that sucralose is used as an artificial sweetener instead of the cheaper more ubiquitous aspartame. I will have to experiment with different flavours to find one less sweet, since the artificial sweet taste just does not do it for me. Also it does not mix quite as well as other brands I’ve used, but this is such a minor nitpick.
Overall none of these complaints are anything but nitpicks and I will order again from these guys because at the end of the day its good whey at a great price.

Products are very good, but the delivery service is very bad, so bad that it reached my city on 25 and was never delivered to me, so after i came to know this i went to Leopards courier office but still they couldn’t find my package three days after it arrived there. Next morning i went there again and still they couldn’t find my package and promised to deliver it by evening. I waited the whole day but no response from them. I went to there warehouse again just before 5 pm when they finished there day shift. And the manager said he did found my package but didn’t deliver due to rain and they never contacted me about that. If i didn’t went there myself that day I wouldn’t be delivered. The quality of protein is excellent. Taste wise its not less than any well known brand. The results are also amazing. Just want to highlight something that they increased their scoop size from 25g to 30g but the quantity of protein increased from 20g to 22g. According to the ratio, it should have been 24g protein per scoop. This is something that is questionable. Secondly After opening the seal of package, the zip (you can call it anything) never closes. The package always remains opens as the closing zip is faulty, every time. Thats the reason I am giving 4. Otherwise it is a great product.
